INTRODUCTION
Mental health is a fundamental part of our health and well-being. This emotional self-care program, led by psychologists, Rosa Carné y Anaïs Barcelona It will help you improve key aspects of your life and mental health.
We work from the cognitive-behavioral psychological orientation which has proven most effective in improving mental health and reducing various psychological disorders. Furthermore, the program includes the participation of Momo Astals, clinical psychologist and mindfulness instructor dedicated to improving the well-being of women in stages that involve relevant changes to their physical and emotional health.

What does the program include?

GOALS
Our goal is to give you practical resources and tools that you can apply in your daily life. The program consists of 5 theoretical and practical modules: positive thinking, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, techniques for preventing and reducing stress, and self-care.
PROGRAM DURATION
The program lasts a total of 5 weeks. Each module consists of a 20-minute pre-recorded video and a 1 hour and 15-minute live group session where we will practice different techniques that we will have previously explained in the video.
If you want to delve deeper into something that worries you, you have the option of requesting an individual appointment with one of the psychologists.

PROGRAM WEEKS
- Week 1 – Welcome and presentation of the program objectives. THINK. We explained the relationship between what we think, feel, and do. Pleasant and unpleasant feelings. We reviewed cognitive errors and asked each person to give a personal example, and we finished with different cognitive techniques.
- Week 2 – SELF-ESTEEM: I learn to value myself as I deserve.We will discuss the components of self-esteem in order to analyze whether we value ourselves as we deserve. We will address the essential elements that comprise it and encourage participants to share their reflections on the video they watched. We will present supplementary materials and outline the steps to follow for the next session.
- Week 3 – INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: I improve my interpersonal skills and become more assertive.. We will analyze the most important aspects of improving our communication with others, what assertiveness is, and the importance of adopting an empathetic attitude. We will also focus on self-control and address any questions that may have arisen from watching the video and working with the materials. Finally, we will present the materials for the following week.
- Week 4 – STRESS PREVENTION AND REDUCTION: MINDFULNESS. We will welcome the group with a brief warm-up exercise (2-3 minutes). Next, we will do a quick review of what mindfulness is and the importance of establishing a regular practice to experience its benefits. We will address any questions that may have arisen from the at-home practice using the program's audio recordings. Finally, we will do a guided practice together during the session and conduct a brief reflection afterward.
- Week 5 – SELF-CARE. We review the different areas of personal care. Each person individually completes the questionnaire to identify areas of self-care that need improvement. We identify different everyday situations that cause emotional strain. The questionnaire also includes information on rewarding and pleasurable activities.
WHO IS IT AIMED AT?

Women with a current diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or major depression are excluded. Groups will be organized homogeneously, taking into account the age of the participants. Maximum of 15 women per group.
